The Cornwall Office offers three membership tiers: Silver at £149/month, Gold at £249/month and Platinum at £495/month. Each includes scheduled inspections, key holding and contractor coordination.
Yes. We provide second home management across Cornwall including Rock, Padstow, St Ives, St Mawes, Fowey, Falmouth, Newquay, Truro, Polzeath and surrounding areas.
Our response time depends on your membership level. Platinum members receive emergency attendance as part of their membership. Silver and Gold members will be charged a call-out fee of £130 per visit in the event of emergencies or alarm activations.
Yes. Every contractor in our network has been vetted for quality, reliability and appropriate insurance. We do not use unverified trades.
