Does Estate & Property Management replace my membership?

Not necessarily. Many clients move from a Platinum membership to a bespoke estate arrangement as their needs grow, for example when a property becomes occupied, staff are engaged, or further properties are added. We will always recommend whichever arrangement genuinely suits your circumstances.

Do you employ household staff directly?

No. In keeping with our approach across all services, we do not directly employ tradespeople or household staff. We coordinate a vetted network on your behalf, briefing, scheduling and overseeing every engagement so you retain a single point of contact.

Can this cover more than one property across Cornwall?

Yes. Estate & Property Management is designed to bring several properties or a wider portfolio under one consistent standard of oversight and reporting, coordinated through a single dedicated contact.

I travel frequently and can be hard to reach. How does that work?

This is exactly the situation the service is designed for. Once your parameters are agreed, day-to-day matters are handled directly and reported to you on the schedule you choose. You are only contacted for genuine decisions that fall outside what has already been agreed, never for routine matters.

How is this service priced?

Fees are agreed individually following an initial consultation and estate assessment, reflecting the number of properties, staff involved and scope of oversight required. There is no standard published rate.

It is built for people whose careers, travel commitments or scale of holdings leave little space to coordinate a property themselves, who expect matters to be handled discreetly and within agreed parameters, with only genuine decisions brought to their attention.

Unlike our Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships, which are built around scheduled inspections of homes that stand empty between visits, Estate & Property Management is designed for larger, more complex, or occupied estates, and for owners of multiple Cornwall properties who want one consolidated line of oversight rather than several separate arrangements.

Estate & Property Management is a bespoke mandate for larger or occupied estates, staffed households, or portfolios of several properties, priced individually to the scope involved.
