The Cornwall Office was founded on a simple idea: that second-home owners in Cornwall deserve a service that looks after their property as carefully as they would themselves.
We are a local, family-run company who have lived in Cornwall for over 35 years, with a strong connection to the county. We bring together extensive experience across the tourism, estates and facilities management sectors, alongside a genuine understanding of what it means to look after property in this part of the country. Our work is underpinned by long-standing local knowledge, trusted relationships and a real pride in the place we call home. This combination allows us to provide a service that is both highly professional and genuinely personal, grounded in the place and people we know and trust.
The Cornwall Office exists not as an add-on to estate agency work, nor as a holiday letting function with property care on the side, but as a dedicated, local service focused entirely on the ongoing care and oversight of second homes.
We act as your local point of contact, coordinating trusted contractors, overseeing day-to-day property needs and making sure nothing is missed. When you're not here, we are.
