Routine contractor coordination is included in all memberships. Larger projects requiring extensive administration are subject to a transparent project management fee agreed in advance. Projects under £1,000 are included. £1,000–£10,000: 10% fee. Over £10,000: bespoke fixed fee.
We require a minimum initial period of three months, after which membership continues monthly with one month's written notice to cancel.

Written reports with photographs are sent to your preferred email address within 24 hours of each inspection.
Keys are held under a separate key holding agreement in secure conditions. All access is logged and only authorised under your explicit instruction.
