Project Management Fees
Works under £1,000 (Silver & Gold) / under £2,500 (Platinum): No additional fee, included within your membership. Works £2,500–£10,000: 10% coordination and oversight fee. Works over £10,000: Bespoke fixed fee agreed in advance, no surprises.
We require a minimum initial period of three months, after which membership continues monthly with one month's written notice to cancel.

Yes. You can change your membership tier at any time with 30 days' notice. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Members receive a walk-through video and photographs following each inspection. These are made available within your secure member portal.
Keys are held under a separate key holding agreement in secure conditions. All access is logged and only authorised under your explicit instruction.
Silver, Gold and Platinum are designed for a single second home standing empty between visits. For occupied estates, staffed households or multiple properties, our bespoke Estate & Property Management service may suit you better.
