The home preparation service is available to Gold and Platinum members and can be added to Silver membership at an agreed rate. It is tailored to your preferences and property — we prepare a preparation profile for your home during onboarding and follow it precisely for every arrival.

Standard preparation includes:

  • Heating activated to your specified temperature and schedule
  • Property aired — windows opened and ventilated
  • Cleaning arranged and completed to your standard
  • Beds prepared with fresh linen
  • Fridge stocked to your specified list from a local supplier
  • Garden tidied and furniture positioned
  • Post and deliveries sorted and placed
  • Any pre-arrival maintenance requirements completed
  • Property security check immediately prior to your arrival

Pre-arrival property check

As part of every preparation, we conduct a final property check immediately before your arrival — confirming that everything is in order, that no issues have arisen since the last inspection and that the property is exactly as you would wish to find it. Any concerns are flagged to you before you travel, not after you arrive.
